I am trying to pair my watch with my phone, the phone just been factory reset. Same phone same watch. Anyone ? :)

Did you restore your iPhone from the latest backup you made in iCloud or on your computer?

No, I did not have any back up information, it was reset as a new device without any backup.
No, I am not getting any error messages.
Also, the watch is shown in find my devices but that’s it, not syncing etc.
Try to disable the Activation Lock by removing it from Find my, then pair it again to your iPhone:
