I think this would be a brilliant move by Vivo!
As someone who owns a 6.56' Vivo X70 Pro & is keen to get another Vivo phone, anything in the same size range & with good cameras/flagship or flagship killer specs would get me interested!
Hope Vivo is reading/listening in to these comments on GSMArena!

The IQOO 12 and 12 Pro are the "budget" flagship, the IQOO Neo9 is the flagship killer and so on.
Idk how small of a phone you want. I've tried an iPhone X, Pixel 7 and an iPhone 13 Pro, both feel like the perfect size, 1 inch more could be better but otherwise they're great. Why would you even need a mini when the bezels are so thin and you can easily reach each side with one hand? For me 6-6.3" is compact af, 6.5 is where I'd say it's standard size. I've been a "big" phone guy since the S7 edge so I'm biased towards big phones but I can't deny the great comfort of a small phone.
Please make it small like Xiaomi 14

People PERCEIVE smaller smartphones as inferior quality product
Apple had some data on this
The market masses just don't want smaller phones

They most likely will place a bigger battery in s25 to make people buy s25 even if they are fine with all s24's specs except the battery.

I miss the days when naming conventions were simpler.
I guess the last time a real compact form was done by Apple with mini series. However, they realized the market is very niche and mini series quickly vanished.
I'd love to see a phone which packs smaller than 6 inch screen with tiny bezels.

None of the phones you shared shares flagship devices' cam modules. Both has only two rear cams main and uw. Asus photo performance is mediocre. Same goes for Sony's model.
If you were really knowledgeable you'd know what Sony did with compact phones years back.
Whats even funnier that I wrote it clearly and you still didn't manage to understand it clearly.
My request is to put three flagship level cam modules (uw+main+zoom) along with flagship level specs into a smaller form.
Intelligence is not given to everybody obviously...
Lack of superior battery technology and highly efficient SoC (current tech is not enough) is the reason of large phones.
For example Samsung can't make a compact size (near 6 inch) ultra phone with same level of battery backup and thermal headroom as that of current S24 Ultra.

Cleary screen size of a phone needs to be usable with a single hand.

I personally feel that these leaks don't determine how good a phone is/will be.
Anonymous, 26 Jun 2024Relatively small? Probably 6.4 inch which is just big instead of very bigOr 6.55 like Meizus and Xiaomi Civis

If you think these aren't big enough, well the market says they're big enough for people that matter lol. At least you get hundreds to choose from, unlike the 2 phones you commented, which are both not available in so many countries.
