I'm not sure yet about the phones specs but if this is the renders then I really do like how they made the bezels a lot smaller than the previous years.
6,1" or 6,4" or 6,6" ?
4.500mAh ?

This makes it a relaunch of the S23 possibly with lesser cameras and price and larger battery. That would be really great.

If I were looking to buy a smartphone right now I would buy it but only if it came with both NFC and wireless charging built-in. Those are the 2 things I use every day in my Galaxy S24 Ultra. Those are the 2 thing that matter the most to me when deciding on a smartphone to buy.

Anonymous, 16 May 2024Agree with too many features being stripped from the S series non ultras, but the A series has... moreI mean, the A52s was a great phone for the price, very competitive even with most Chinese phones. Apart from that, though, there has been no value for money with the Axx series for a long long time. It's become even worse with the Ax5 series, where the A05s still uses eMMC, a pathetically slow Snapdragon 680 (when the A15's Helio G99 should be used here instead, it's just objectively a much better chip for the same price category) and has just 6GB of RAM; the A35 is literally just an A54 for the same exact price; and the A55 is even more expensive despite no improvements except for a slightly faster chipset, Gorilla Glass Victus instead of Gorilla Glass 5, and an aluminium frame. That's objectively a terrible lineup.

If Samsung really wanted A series to be taken seriously they need to bring on the good chips like 7+ gen 3, 8s gen 3, they could use Exynos equivalents but close to flagship not 1380 and 1480.

They should increase the battery to 5000mah....or above that......
The reason why Samsung's FE phones no longer work is because the gap between the A5x and S2x phones are too small, and that's quite literally because the S2x phones are not good enough for the price anymore. The S24 is what the S24 FE should've been, while the S24 and S24+ should've had faster charging (just give us 80W ffs), better main cameras, autofocusing 50MP ultrawides that can do macro, 50MP selfies, and a 50MP 3× periscope telephoto. The S24 should've also had 12GB of RAM, a 1440p screen and shouldn't have had a 128GB storage version. The difference between these two and the S24 Ultra (apart from the S-Pen and boxy shape) should've been even faster charging (120W perhaps?), 512GB base storage, 16GB of RAM, the inclusion of a 50MP continuous variable 3-10× telephoto that can do macro, a larger main camera, a larger ultrawide, and dual selfie cameras (wide+ultrawide).
