Surely they would give a shitty ultrawide camera to screw this up & one of the lenses would have 1080p as maximum video resolution (not 4K) !

So far it has only been used on flagship series phones. This could push it down to other midrangers. That's my point

Design is beautifull a masterpiece and unique.
Cameras looks super B.
Lets see the real life experience and pricing.
But the partnership with well known watch brand could be a win win for realme.
Anyway phone looks unbelievable cool.
I definitely like it.
While the 7s Gen2 is a little slow, I do hope it will pack a punch enough for the camera to give decent pics, and even power the other parts of the phone well. I'd rather prefer Snapdragon as opposed to Dimensity, but this 7s gen 2 is on Samsung 4nm compared to TSMC 5nm for the Dimensity on the Redmi 13 series.
Fun fact: Samsung 4nm is worse than TSMC 5nm. Anyways, lets see how well the 7s gen 2 performs once the phone is released.

What's the rumoured chipset of this thing???
Because realme has rough competition with the x6 pro
I predict the realme line up will only have better cameras
This is a nice development. The OV64b is a main sensor on many midrangers and Realme is using it as a periscope. This will put pressure on others like Honor, Xiaomi and Iqoo to follow suit in their next midrangers later in the year

[deleted post]It will be better than the iPhone 15 Pro and S24+ sold in Europe for more than €1100. In my opinion, it will be better than the 15 Pro Max at x3, x4, x6 and higher thanks to the 64MP and its sensor twice as large.

Realme X3 superzoom in a new package 📦?
Hope they keep the mighty 2 mp macro camera intact 😛

but Gimmicking Periscope sensor is not understanding. if they optimized the sensor(normal wide, ultra-wide and front) + Sd7s gen 2 ISP + Camera software, videography with good stabilization, it is far better than this Gimmicking periscope sensor.
