Zendroid, 07 Jan 2024Edged screen. Oppo is build. No slider. Same price as any other flagship. Nah. No more op for us. 351.99 USD is flagship price? Yeah, you're definitely trolling here, keyboard warrior.
I wouldn't be getting one with a curved screen and 8mp ultrawide. Hey, at least it's extremely cheap though!
Intruder, 07 Jan 2024Any phone still releasing in 2023/24 with USB 2.0 transfer speeds and yet having 256gb or more... moreafter the pandemic, prices of many things were shooting up. Now the prices have gone down a bit, usb 3.2 gen 1 5Gbps is returning on the op12. I will wait until 2028 for usb c 5Gbps to be on sub $200 phones with top end phones having usb 4 with 40Gbps transfer, 150w charging and connected to a 6Ah battery.
Here's what the USB standards are like...
2.0 = 480Mbps
3.0, 3.1, 3.2 gen 1 = 5Gbps
3.2 gen 2 = 10Gbps
3.2 gen 2x2 = 20Gbps
4 = 40Gbps
Looks like we still have a long way to go. Theres a new usb standard releasing soon with 120Gbps which could be USB 5. We might get that in laptops in 2028 and later in phones probably in 2030.
Well, if it's going to be chapter then rest of SD8 gen 2 flagships, maybe....but I need to see camera reviews
Nope, without SD card, audio jack, not for me.
Any phone still releasing in 2023/24 with USB 2.0 transfer speeds and yet having 256gb or more internal storage is an automatic no for me. I had a oneplus 7, which had usb 3.0 speed. Crazy how oneplus evolved backwards in this scenario.
I want one just for the alert slider
Anonymous, 07 Jan 2024Really not a fan of every phone launching with a 6.78 inch screen.It seems like we have to buy huge phones if we want fast charging. If we buy a Pixel or Galaxy, we wait two hours instead of 30 mins for a full charge.
Is there really enough differences between the models to justify the Ace 3, Ace 2 Pro and the Nord 3?
I also find it frustrating that OEMs release different models to different regions, or rename models for different regions. Why not just release the same model everywhere? The differences between them are minute, and people in different countries want the same things out of their phones.
Again, stop asking us BEFORE you review the phone. How are we meant to know anything about the phone??
No, I’m exhausted of big phones
No because 6.8 screen is massive
Its not a bad phone but mine Motorola edge 40 pro is better.
Hope the next one will get a flat screen.
Curved screen is a no for me and i my first and last phone with a curved screen.
Also would never buy anything slower than 125W charging without a charger included in box.
SaMdp, 07 Jan 2024"a few bucks more" is 400€ more for the Op 11 hereIf you're going to purchase it from an official OP store, then, there will be a price difference. OP doesn't sell phones officially in my country, so the prices I verified come from AliExpress (Most of my phones came from them, and they do work fine so far)
