Vikass17, 11 Dec 2022Tougher enemies? A22 ?Manin other words bloatware is a bloatware and any UI have plenty of that.
Companies shoudnt force its customers.
They should give most basic android experience to not fill disk space and ram with useless things and who like company bloatware shouldnt be forced to have it but install on its own.
With price point of 105/€100 in mind
The hardware look's reasonable
If 6gb ram I dislike the base version
P35 processor ok I think
The use of virtual ram (extra 4gb ram )definitely a very good feature too have as a opinion
The problems start with system requirements of Android 12 needing a whooping 6gb ram real ram hog
I have heard Samsung OneUl skin is very heavy and the Samsung set of Apps will use storage space that could of been free for the user too use for there own chosen Apps
I am not very familiar with Samsung software but it's one of the few smartphones that got a working 3 button navigation & apps draw drop down menu working out of the box I had a look at some Samsung phones they software is honestly well designed and put together from what I can tell
The same can't be said for Google pixel it's very buggy and many difficulties with user interface and user unfriendness
Just heavy skins dual version of every app along Microsoft crap as well Just not going run fast or smoothly and am guessing not being able remove many apps will be problems
Samsung not got a good track record with battery's now at all
I wish Samsung don't copy apple notch bs and be themselves but at least this has a changer in the box

It never ceases to amaze me how $100 phones come with the same base storage as $1000 phones. Storage markups at the high end are ludicrous, as high as 1000% markup
Alex 94, 10 Dec 2022They get 1 os update.https://www.getdroidtips.com/xiaomi-redmi-7-android-12/
Man according to this site even something old and very basic like Xiaomi Redmi 7A got 2 OS updates it started at 9 and ended with android 11.
All xiaomi devices gets usualy 2 updates at least and another 1 year of security patches.
In case of MUI some even very old and ancient devices got MUI upgrade even after 5 or more years.
Like Samsung even Xiaomi giving at least 2 major updates to its phones.
Only main difference is for exact price of a Samsung M04 xiaomi gives lot better specced device like Amoled instead of LCD at least 33W charging compared to 15W by Samsung and at least 50 Mpix camera compared to 12 mpix back and 5 mpix front.
Vikass17, 10 Dec 2022P is immortal.Immortal is Diablo. P series and Smasung Blaotware are P like Pawns.
Like a basic Imps or Zobies you have to kill to advance further to get muc better and toughter enemies.
Naren, 10 Dec 2022Don't give wrong statement about redmi a1 os updates. First go and check their websites. ... moreGalaxy One UI is garbage like any other UI costing 6GB of disk space filling your phone with useless apps you already have from google like Google chrome compared to Samsung Brownser but you have to keep both.
Its not only costing you disk space but also it costing you ram and bothering you with updates every a while.
Samsung bloatware like any other UI is not necessary.
Companies shouldnt throw on you theses bloatwares and it should be on every user to decide which one he or she would like to use.
To me pure android experience is best. Does not cost you disk space does not eats your ram and updates not bothering you every a while.

You are just another shill on this forum spreading FUD about European and Asian phone brands and chipsets, trying to instill the notion that only US American products work reliably.
Leave the forum, nobody believes your lies.

Anyone who have used an entry level Samsung phones would tell you their phones are not even remotely smooth. Go read reviews done by Gsmarena on latest entry level Samsung like A04s and A23 that mentioned about the very laggy software.
Even midrange Samsung like A33 is reviewed to be stuttery, and we have you the joker telling us OneUI is smooth. What use for 2 OS updates on Samsung A04s and A23 if the phones are already laggy mess on Android 12?
zaryan, 10 Dec 2022this virtual ram thing is a big scam ,it doesn't improve anything Agreed. Most Samsungs use either eMMC storage or UFS capped at eMMC speeds.
Ironically it's the same brand that introduced "Turbo Speed Technology" that didn't live upto its claims.
