Locomoco, 16 Jun 2022Anybody know unisoc t612 equivalent with what soc?Snapdragon 680
Realme is not a young brand, it’s just another spinoff from the age old BBK.
This phone is gonna be bad with unisoc with r edition ui that comes with zero features, also it will not get a single os update so guys don't waste your well earned money on it, cause this one will burn your hands from overheating, and the 13/5 megapixels cameras will look like 2/2 because of that processor and ui
Unisoc soc are vulnerable to security issues. Still brands are using them without providing any patches to cover vulnerability.

True snapdragon tops the list but they, themselves report a security flaw if they come to find any and they report as soon as possible. But unisoc has been very silent about it . The organisation that found the flaw had informed unisoc in April . But unisoc neither made it public nor gave a security update to phones running on their spyware.

Month after month they top the list.

1 rear camera. Nice. Thats the recipe for making a budget phone. 1 good/decent camera is better than 3 or 4 low spec ones
Anybody know unisoc t612 equivalent with what soc?
Koishi Komeiji, 16 Jun 2022i thought G80 processor?! and actually weird T612?! nvm buying theni have the highest expectation which this will have g95 and usb c and sadly its a crappy unisoc and ancient micro usb... this is so unacceptable😔😔

Because more is always better, right? I have a single camera on my iPhone and I think it does excellent photos. And with NeuralCam I get pretty decent photos in near pitch black darkness. Maybe super wide would come in handy in 1 out of 10 scenarios, but I can live with that. Plus since it's just one camera, I just snap a photo not even having to think, geeee, should I use the ultra wide or regular lens? I just snap a photo. It's really nice actually and saves time and nerves...

Unisoc is unacceptable . Considering recent reports of unisoc t700 having security flaws . And they "Don't know how many of unisoc soc have this flaw" . That's really saying "it's all spyware but to protect the company we blaming only one particular CPU" . classic lesson for people who just pick any processor based on core architecture and speed .Don't buy anything other than snapdragon just to be on safe side. Single cam is good . Hope it's not crap sensor with ridiculously polishing camera algorithm as compensation .
I hope single camera becomes a trend again. We really need to get rid of macro, depth and AI fake lenses
12nm unisoc in 2022 while competitors are offering 4-5 nm soc's is just hilarious

Obligatory useless 2Mpix macro too!
