If you're talking about a flexible glass that is thick and durable enough to be used as the screen surface material, however.. Nobody has invented it yet, so tough luck.
I just wish they used real glass, plastic screens are just too fragile to be used as a daily driver, unless you won't mind it getting heavy scratches in a month or two
This is a strong sign that Z Fold 3 will be released soon. I hope they learnt their lessons from the foldable that another company released recently, and fixed what was lacking from Z Fold 2 - so no more bulky hinge design, non-flagship grade cameras, nor a 60Hz outer screen with wide left bezel. I hope Samsung will pull it off.
"Z Fold2 is now $1,800 in the US"
Still too expensive. And no headphone jack. Probably because 3.5mm jack takes up too much space in this tiny device.
Samsung leads the Foldables Phablet Market by a huge margin
But, it needs to ensure it's cameras and multi-tasking abilities are improved further. It needs to offer things in both hardware and software, that the competition does not send cannot. The Fold 2 is already the best foldable around. Samsung just needs to ensure that its upcoming foldables have even better software than what already exists.

Not worth it! Can't do multitasking, no sPen or pen support, internal applications are not designed for the bigger screen and is very fragile & heavy, limited too 12gb ram and 256 gb storage, NO microSD card support (are you sure is a multimedia device?

The point with folding glass is to make big screens pocketable.
You could also buy 1,800 bags of candy. Though, they also lack foldable glass. Hopefully.
Still not worth it. At that price point you can have an iphone 12-ipad Air combination. Or S21- Galaxy Tab S7+, if you prefer Android. Far better.
And mobility is not a decisive factor anymore. Now all of us are staying at home more and even after this pandemic, it will be more home office approach (at least for the office type jobs). So, no need to have a phone that transforms into a tablet to carry around with you.
Worth every penny
