Anonymous, 10 Sep 2020Yes , espcially if we have gifted this phone to someone dignified like teachers or grandparent... moreXiaomi is a cheap brand. Just to keep the price down , they indulge in all these cheap tactics.
arun5959, 09 Sep 2020Do you throw out phones just because they have ads? Yes , for semi nude
Poco M2 looks extreamly similar to Xiaomi Redmi 9, just a different brand, its obvious many use this strategy, even big companies with fruit do re badge and sell last year flagship with new name and we still buy it LOL

Why they even launch such phones. Little changes here and there, a new phone is launched.
The Helio G80 chipset is indeed a great addition to the Poco M2 smartphone
Exynos 9611 or G80
Ok so we have a Realme 6i copy released 1 year after the Realme 6i, not very original given the Realme 7i, 7 and 7 Pro was just released.
ErceylanS, 09 Sep 2020You can turn off the ads from settings anyway, no matter which region you get it from. So ads ... moreAs a previous owner of a few Xioami devices it definitely is. Ads will always be a aprt of MUI.

Poco M2 will be a good gaming option. It has reliable and strong features powered by a strong battery and a neat mediatek gaming chipset.
With the Mediatek Helio G80 gaming chipset along with the addition of 8GB RAM, POCO M2 is undoubtedly one of the cheapest and powerful options for a gaming smartphone.
Anonymous, 08 Sep 2020Excuse me for the ignorance, but could you please tell me where to look for these ads. I'... moreThe ADs are visible only on Non-EU and non-US handsets. Mostly these ADs are seen in products launched in India, China, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Etc
Anonymous, 08 Sep 2020Samsung has adsIn what universe? I've never encountered one.
There is a market for people who want 5inch pocketable phones with big 4000 mAh battery & something SD 6xx or 7xx cpu costing under 200 euro but there is none in the market. (One eack front andback camera is sufficient) There is only that iphone 2020. Are manufacturers becoming ostriches with head in the sand? Iam waiting with my 3yr old phone and refuse to buy the crap they are putting out every month
