so you sign up for a 18month contract. pay 28/month. after you pay off half of the phone you can switch.
switching requires a new 18month contract and you lose all you paid in to the original phone and start over.
so its a RENTAL not a lease? im kind of not getting the plus to this.
Cenas, 26 Jun 2015Do you buy your phones because of the camera?Speed, camera, screen, material. Pick your reason. All the same.

Yeah pretty nice. Though they do this for the money and no it isnt nice. They just want your money. Paying per month or pay ones is the same thing. Plus this is directly for all the idiots who are to soft to resist buying a new flagship which camera is a little bit better.
Pretty useful for samsung owners since samsung releases about 4-6 flagship high end phones per year. Early adopters wont feel cheated for buying a samsung so soon
ithehappy, 26 Jun 2015Hmm, it does, and it's bad. Please stop speculating!
ithehappy, 26 Jun 2015Hmm, it does, and it's bad.Yeah, carriers are clever, ya know?
Hold up. Sorry if I'm misreading it, but say you pay $500 in your months of using a Galaxy S6 and you decide to jump onto a new device. Does your $500 that you previously paid go towards the "full cost" of your new device as well?

This new Jump program is cool but i bet in order to do this they start giving out refurbished devices (without stating that obviously) lol Say you get the S6 use it for about a month and bring it back to Jump. They grab your S6 and just refurbish it and give it to whoever walks in the door and asks for an S6 lol sounds logical right?
I like it, u can try new devices, u dont like some performance,... or u can grab the newest one like s6 later note5 later s7 and still pay just for last/ take new lease...

TMO does it again... they just need more SONY cells!
ithehappy, 25 Jun 2015I long wished this type of "contract" thing was available in India! No thanks. I have enough money to buy a $800 flagship. There is no need of this crap contract system where you have to become a slave of the carrier.
what do they do with ur older devices,do they make it newly packed and give to another customer!

ithehappy, 25 Jun 2015I long wished this type of "contract" thing was available in India!A contract makes you pay lot more than what you are paying now ie full phone price + usage charges. It isn't much of cheaper alternative if one calculates.
It is a " sellphone " business that they're doing right now. As a t-mo customer and was a "jump" victim, don't do it. There's always a catch at the end, I was on the " jump" program and then they moved me to " jump2" and by the time I want to "jump", then they said I have to pay half of the remain balance of the phone that I was using(+ I always paid 6 months of it as financing for the phone). Anyway what I want to say is at the end it will be very confusing and you'll wish that you've never sign up for it.
