MSI plans to open new experiential stores across India, nine new stores to be opened in 2024 amounting to the total stores in the country as 50

MSI, the ever-growing computing manufacturer in gaming, creator, and business laptops, is planning to open multiple exclusive experiential brand stores across India in 2024. The brand announced the plan to open nine new experiential stores this year.

In their latest developments, the brand has already opened 10 new experiential stores in some key cities of the country. These include Mumbai, Coimbatore, and Ludhiana, which they opened in 2023. With the opening of new stores this year, the brand is targeting to have a total of 50 stores across India.

The brand’s motive is to expand its footprint in 2024. This year plan to open additional stores in the markets of Chennai, Kolkata, Dehradun, Udaipur, etc.

With the establishment of the new store, the brand aims to redefine the retail experience. Moreover, it will offer customers the complete range of MSI laptops, which also includes Business and Productivity laptops, and Gaming series laptops. Along with them, they will also provide various accessories and merchandise in their stores.

The brand has also stated that the strength of its post-sales services has strengthened with the help of such initiatives. At present, the brand has 172 service centers throughout India.

Onsite/Carry-in services are now available in 137 cities of the country.

MSI has also announced that they are extending the warranty of the Intel Gaming, Creator, Summit, and Prestige series laptops to up to two years. Along with it, the brand has also announced a 1-year extended warranty for the AMD gaming and Modern series of laptops. Last, but not the least, the brand is also introducing Out-of-Warranty (OOW) services.

Latest launches by MSI: MSI recently launched their latest AI-powered laptop lineup, which features an NPU (Neural Processing Unit) built-in Intel® CoreTM Ultra Processor. Claw, the world’s first gaming handheld device equipped with the Intel CoreTM Ultra Processor is also one of their latest innovations.

MSI also launched a series of 18-inch laptops that feature Intel 14th Gen HX-series processors.
