Infinix Zero Flip Appears on FCC Certification Website; Launch Seems Imminent

Infinix is ready to join the foldable bandwagon with the all-new Zero Flip. As the name suggests, the phone will adopt a clamshell design. Recently, the smartphone was spotted on the EEC certification. Today, the team at MySmartPrice spotted the device on the FCC certification website with the X6962 model number.

The listing on the FCC certification reveals that the upcoming smartphone will have 8GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage. It has also been confirmed that the device will have two vertically aligned cameras on a big square cover display. The listing also states that the phone will be available in a Titanium Black colour.

Apart from that, two IMEI numbers on the FCC website indicate dual SIM support.

Furthermore, the listing reveals that the Infinix Zero Flip will feature 70W fast charging. For connectivity, the device supports GSM850/900/DCS/PCS/WCDMA B1/B2/B4/B5/B8, along with LTE bands B1/B2/B3/B4/B5/B7/B8/B12/B13/B17/B20/B28/B34/B38/B39/B40/B41/B42/B66NR. It also includes NR modes such as N1/N3/N5/N7/N8/N12/N20/N28/N38/N40/N41/N66/N77/N78.

The dimensions of the device were also disclosed. According to the FCC listing, the Infinix Zero Flip measures 170.35 x 73.4 x 7.64mm when unfolded and 87.49 x 73.4 x 16.04mm when folded.

Unfortunately, it doesn’t reveal any other device specifications. However, we expect to get more information about Infinix’s first foldable smartphone as we inch closer to the launch.
