Intense Technologies to announce dividend today

In one of its latest exchange communication, the small-cap stock informed Indian stock market exchanges that its board of directors are going to consider and approve dividend in its upcoming meeting scheduled on 5th June 2023.

The small-cap company informed about the development citing, "This is to inform that, pursuant to Regulation 42, 43 and any other applicable Clauses of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations'), we hereby give prior intimation that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, June 05, 2023 at the registered office of the Company, to transact the following business apart from the other items of the agenda: To consider and recommend Dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year ended on March 31, 2023. The dividend, if so, recommended by the Board and approved by the Members at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting, will be payable on or after the date of the Annual General Meeting."

Dividend stocks in focus

The board of directors of Shyam Metalics and Energy Ltd has declared an interim dividend of ₹1.80 per share to its eligible shareholders for the financial year 2023.

The metal producer company informed about the dividend payment citing, "Interim Dividend Considered and approved the payment of Interim dividend of Rs. 1.80/- per Equity Share, being 18% of the Face Value of Rs. 10/- each, for the financial year 2023-24. The Record date for the purpose of determining entitlement of the members for the payment of Interim Dividend shall be Monday, 05th June, 2023. The payment of the said interim dividend shall be made within the stipulated time-limit."

Similarly, board of directors of SKM Egg Products has declared an interim dividend of ₹2 per share to its eligible shareholders.

The small-cap company declared interim dividend citing, "The Board has declared an Interim Dividend @ 20% i.e., Rs. 2/- per Equity Share of face value of Re. 10/-each for the Financial Year 2022-23 and the record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of Interim Dividend is Monday, 05th June, 2023."
