How SAP Integration Really Works

It won't be long now and many SAP users have to migrate to the new platform generation S/4HANA – Disruptions in business processes are likely. With the SAP integration solution Enosix, system changes can be handled in the backend without losing the front-end connection.

“The sales teams lacked real-time access to customer-specific prices within their CRM, leading to error-prone quotes”, “The back and forth between SAP and the frontend led to costly errors, inventory discrepancies and time wasted on error correction,” “We wanted to consolidate business processes by using Salesforce as the frontend and SAP for both screen and backend systems, while also planning a future transition to S/4HANA was”, “Sales representatives had difficulties accessing accurate pricing and inventory data, resulting in errors and extended quotation creation times” – this list of known issues caused by data inconsistencies and isolated business processes could be continued indefinitely.

Companies are increasingly demanding solutions to reduce margin losses and improve operational efficiency. Gerald Schlechter, founder and CSO (Chief Solution Officer) at enosix, has experienced this more than once in his professional career. System migration and data synchronization? Impossible!

Schlechter proves that SAP integration is possible even with minimal resources. enosix has implemented over 150 solutions worldwide at well-known companies such as Stanley Black & Decker. According to the customer success story, the supplier of industrial tools eliminated the back and forth between systems and costly errors with enosix thanks to real-time access directly to SAP data. This has transformed business operations, achieved significant cost savings, improved accuracy and streamlined processes.

The SAP-native solution enosix brings data directly into front-end solutions like Salesforce using data visualization. Front-end solutions can access up-to-date SAP data in real time without having to leave the system. At the same time, the entire business logic and all rules created in the ERP are available. The use of pre-build components drastically reduces the time frame for implementation. In most cases, no or minimum coding is required. Clear upgrade paths ensure planning security to future-proof the processes.

Users therefore do not need to worry about integration issues caused by an impending migration to SAP S/4HANA or other upgrades. enosix offers companies the opportunity to approach their SAP transformation slowly and carefully. The solution is portable to S/4HANA, which means that all integrations can be easily transferred, and the front-end connection is retained. This minimizes project risks for transformation projects or the short-term introduction of new technologies such as artificial intelligence. “enosix does what SAP has only promised so far – real integration,” says Schlechter.

Gerald Schlechter is the founder and CSO of enosix. With his company, which specializes in the integration of SAP ERP systems, he develops solutions that improve the efficiency and user-friendliness of ERP systems.

So many have had to try and get through these kinds of issues and not really understand there is compelling solution that takes out time, risks and costs in every project. This can effect margins, operations and adoption - which are critical.

Accuracy, speed, deep connectivity between front-office and back-office systems, and process automation with all things SAP - what's not to like?
