Admiral Howard is such an Inspirational human !! We only did the warm up for BOB with him but I have not done a pushup since then without him in my mind saying "Dowwwwwn" And "pushups, because we love pushups" hahaha. Absolute legend and grateful to you Jack for introducing us.
