At our booth at the Staffing Industry Analysts CWS Summit in Europe, our visitors had the opportunity to donate a purple chip to a charity of their choice. We are delighted to share that BelEve received the highest number of chips, resulting in a donation from AMS that will enable five girls to attend the BelEve summer camp for three weeks. BelEve is a charity that equips girls and young women aged 8-22 with the skills, support, and confidence to find their voice and make informed choices about their future in an inclusive community. Our latest Talent Climate report with The Josh Bersin Company reveals that despite the proven benefits of strategic workforce planning, organizations are failing to fully capitalize on the transformative potential it offers.
