Potentially controversial opinion incoming: there is not a single mom around that feels like she gets enough sleep. While it can seem glib to simply say “moms need more sleep!” and move on, there is such a strong correlation between a mom’s mental health and her sleep. As we work to provide safe and restful sleep for babies, let’s continue to keep moms and their own mental health, at the forefront of the sleep narrative.
