Embrace taking yourself out of your comfort zone. Push self, if not already a strength, to develop a growth mindset. One that enjoys challenges, one that is underpinned by curiosity. Failure(s) just take you one step to your next success. #PRIDE

As a nonbinary CEO, it's always been of the upmost importance to provide a safe workplace culture to all LGBTQ+ employees at my company. Working in collaboration with LinkedIn on this LGBTQ+ Work Guide allowed me to relive the experiences I've had as a queer entrepreneur. The corporate world largely rewards masculinity and normativity, but being queer is all about breaking out of these hierarchies and conventions. When I worked at my first startup job, I was really lucky to have a CEO that created a safe space for me. I am now trying to pay that forward to the staff I have at Impact Media. I'm so grateful that my team and I had the opportunity to work on this incredible initiative, and I'm hopeful that companies will take note of this guide in an effort to make their workplace more inclusive and welcoming to all.

My professional network has been my personal Jedi Council, guiding me through the galaxy of career challenges and opportunities. Just as a Jedi relies on the wisdom and support of fellow knights, I have found strength in the collective knowledge and diverse experiences of my connections. They’ve provided me with mentorship, collaboration, and inspiration, helping me navigate the complexities of the corporate and academic sectors with the grace of a lightsaber-wielding master. Each interaction has been a Force, pushing me to grow, innovate, and achieve new heights. #GetNetworkIn

Human has been created with the inbuilt propensity of socialization. Isolation and seclusion like arts are the acme but facility is not generic rather specific to The philosophers and sages. But for the worldly gains, social networking remains the linchpin for the servival and prosperity rather to maintain bare minimum existence level. Global village has shrunk to a 6x6 inches device, making it convenient for each dot to connect to the farthest. Those who learn the prowess are bound to prosper. Order of the day has been read in detail during discourse, now it's all about the personal capacity building and enhancement, definitely directly proportional to the success.

Networking is a powerful tool for career growth. It opens doors to new opportunities by connecting you with industry professionals who can offer insights, advice, and referrals. Building a strong network increases your visibility, making you a go-to person for opportunities. It allows you to learn from others' experiences, gain access to unadvertised job openings, and stay updated on industry trends. Networking also provides a support system of mentors and peers who can guide you through career challenges. By actively engaging in networking, you not only expand your professional connections but also enhance your reputation and credibility in your field, paving the way for career advancement.

In Pakistan, employees often face exploitation by management or government, impacting the economy and leading to brain drain as talented minds seek opportunities abroad. We are committed to offering competitive wages and career growth, and are currently expanding our business in the US. We're looking for skilled professionals to join our team. Follow us to stay updated on upcoming opportunities.
