In Q1, I had the pleasure of diving into #HR, #leadership, and #BusinessStrategy with Bant Breen for an episode on The UNCAGED Show. Our conversation was focused on HR experiences underpinned in what was happening at United Site Services, my employer at the time. It spanned from the challenges and triumphs of leading HR in a dynamic environment to the essential role of culture and talent in driving #growth. Regardless of the Company you are at, here are 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐤𝐞𝐲 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬 from our conversation: 🔹 𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞: Recognizing the hurdles within complex organizational structures, especially those grown through numerous acquisitions, and the necessity of digital transformation not just for operational efficiency but as a cultural shift towards better employee experiences. 🔹 𝐅𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝑷𝒆𝒐𝒑𝒍𝒆 𝐭𝐨 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝑮𝒓𝒐𝒘𝒕𝒉: At the heart of any organization's growth is its people. Creating an environment where employees thrive is synonymous with customer satisfaction and business success. This people-first approach has been a cornerstone of my HR philosophy. 🔹 𝐀𝐝𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐬: The past few years have tested our resilience and adaptability. Learning from these experiences, the goal is to emerge stronger, with a renewed focus on what truly matters - our people and the community we build. I am thankful for all of the amazing people I had the pleasure of working with during my time at United Site Services. I will continue to cheer from the stands and hope nothing but the best for the Company and everyone’s continued success. Watch this space for exciting news on where my next adventure begins.
