You want high quality metal printed parts made with the most cost-effective and scalable manufacturing technology. Is that too much to ask? We don’t think so. info@freeform.co #metal3Dprinting #additivemanufacturing #manufacturingasaservice

Cool concept! Congrats! So many questions to this😅 - how hot is the gas blanket (assume it has to be heated, otherwise rapid cooling would decrease Zax adhesion) - are laser in close loop, on fly calibration or you rely on the mounting plate and recalibrate periodically - how the heck you make sure your building box is aligned with lasers? Or the lasers are aligning to building box🧐😅

Looks like my birthday cake this year. The thermal load must be considerable. With the drop in laser prices, why not put more in - 'marginal' increase in CAPEX, and much higher throughput....assuming process is managed.

That’s pretty impressive! I wonder how tricky it is to keep all the lasers calibrated against each other

Make sure the parts should be well welded on the platform, otherwise.....

I love being able to see how different companies handle the same problem. So much innovation.
