As an entrepreneur, we all get those days when we wonder if we’re making progress. One of the first lessons in BOMBA is to record how far we’ve come as business owners and to recognize the obstacles that we’ve already overcome. This always gives me the sense of satisfaction – even though there’s still a long road ahead. This Inc. Magazine article explains the “Rule of Reappraisal” (something I didn’t know) and the psychological reasons why this mindset works. Do you do this? "I’m known for helping people become the person they always dreamed of being." - Founder of The New Millennial Success Academy
As someone who is known for helping people become the person they always dreamed of being, I have learned a lot about what holds people back. The number one thing is limiting beliefs. These are the thoughts in your head that tell you, "I can't do this," or "I'm not good enough." In my experience, most of these beliefs are not true. They are like chains that keep you from moving forward. Many people I have worked with believe they are not smart enough, strong enough, or talented enough. But when we look closely at these beliefs, we find they have no real proof. Think about a time when you thought you couldn't do something. Maybe you believed you couldn't learn a new skill or achieve a goal. Did you try? Did you ask for help? Often, when you push past that belief, you find out you can do it after all. You need to look at your own limiting beliefs. Write them down. Ask yourself if they are really true. Challenge them. Ask yourself, "If I keep believing this, what will my life continue to look like?" Think about what these beliefs have already cost you. Now, ask yourself, "If this belief isn't true, what am I truly capable of?" Imagine what you could achieve if you believed in yourself. Replace your limiting beliefs with positive thoughts. Start saying, "I can do this," and "I am good enough." Isn't it time to become the person you always dreamed of being? The ‘0 to 100 Mindset Experience’ online course will help you bust your limiting beliefs so you can become the person you always dreamed of being. I empower entrepreneurs & high-achievers to break through obstacles, gain clarity, & cultivate a rewarding work-life balance, so they can increase their income and impact.
We have thousands a thought per day and not all are positive or helpful. Here are some practical tips to silence limiting beliefs. 1. **Heightened Awareness**: Start by simply observing your thoughts without judgment. Notice when limiting beliefs creep in and acknowledge them without getting entangled. 2. **Analyze Your Thoughts**: Take a step back and objectively analyze the validity of these beliefs. Are they based on facts or assumptions? Question their accuracy and challenge them with evidence to the contrary. 3. **Stop Ruminating**: If a thought isn't serving you well, it's time to break the cycle of rumination. Redirect your focus to more constructive endeavors rather than dwelling on negativity. 4. **Reframe Your Mindset**: Transform limiting beliefs into empowering ones by reframing them. Instead of saying "I can't," try "I can learn," or "I haven't yet." Shift your perspective to one of growth and possibility. Remember, mastering your mindset is a journey, not a destination. Stay committed to practicing these strategies, and watch as your potential unfolds before you. #entrepreneurs #businessowner #businessmindset #mindset #personaldevelopment #personalgrowth #path2alignment_ #inspirationalmessages #mindfulnessactivities #selfawareness #motivation

Another technique I'm going to adopt more often now is this science-backed approach, like reframing anxious thoughts as excitement, to help me gain the self-assurance needed to succeed. Reframing feelings of self-doubt as excitement rather than fear can boost confidence by changing the perception of the emotion. Research suggests that by reappraising anxiety as excitement, you may actually perform better. I had done this before at times, and it did work to calm me and make me look at the task as something to look forward to rather than fear it. This cognitive shift in valence is easier than traditional methods and has proven to be more effective in managing emotions. By acknowledging self-doubt as a natural part of the creative process and distinguishing between realistic and unrealistic self-doubt, you can harness the energy to take action and build confidence By embracing self-doubt with curiosity, connecting with personal values, and approaching it with a willingness to experience the discomfort, it can also help in overcoming self-doubt and building confidence #coaching #lifecoach #mentor #bosslady #entrepreneurs #businesswoman #clarity #confidence #vision #growth #selfesteem #selflove #loveyourself #selfconfidence #confident #selfworth

"What's the habit you're making today?" This question from Stephen Covey's "7 Habits of Highly Effective People" got me thinking. 💡It's not just about a checklist; it's about personal growth, right? So, let's get real and relatable: 1️⃣ Be proactive: Today, I decided to take charge of my day. I made the first move in tackling those tasks I've been putting off. It feels empowering! 💪 2️⃣ Begin with the end in mind: I spent some time visualizing my long-term goals. It's like having a GPS for life; it keeps you on the right track! 🗺️ 3️⃣ Put first things first: Prioritizing wasn't easy, but it's necessary. I'm focusing on what truly matters instead of getting lost in the busywork. 📅 4️⃣ Think win/win: Remember to approach situations with a collaborative mindset. It's amazing how cooperation can create magic! ✨ 5️⃣ Seek first to understand, then to be understood: Active listening is my superpower today. It's incredible how it enhances communication! 🗣️ 6️⃣ Synergize: Teaming up with colleagues on a project. Together, we're unlocking new possibilities and creativity! 🤝 7️⃣ Sharpen the saw: Self-care is on the agenda—mind, body, and soul. Because a sharp tool can cut through more! 🪚 ❗️Remember it’s not about perfection; it's about progress❗️ #stefanopassarello #progress #selfcare #expertadvice #growth #success #biohacker #entrepreneur #futurist #habits #goals
