Founder & CEO of BanBanjara – India's fastest growing experiential travel company | Founder of Alpha Built | Actively Hiring
5 years ago, I turned my passion into a business. Not just any business, but a thriving one. Today we're India's fastest-growing experiential travel company and one of the top 5 trekking companies in India. But it wasn't always like that: We faced many hurdles: - In the first year, we didn't make any profit. - In the second year, we made little to no profit. - And during Covid, we were on the verge of shutting down. However... We didn't stop. We double down the work. We had faith in our vision. And now? As mentioned earlier, BanBanjara is doing great. We're helping travelers and adventure lovers have the best experiences. So here's my advice for anyone wanting to start their business or already building it: Don't give up. That's the surest way to fail in your business. As long as you keep moving forward, As long as you put in the work every day, You're bound to win. And you will win. This is my promise to you. ♻️ Repost this to inspire others. Thanks.

My Wife is Bored of Vacations Abroad! A while ago, I took my wife, Yukti Arya on a Serbia tour, thinking it would be the perfect getaway. But guess what? She didn't seem very excited about the tour. I was like, “What’s wrong with you? It's a fantastic experience, yaar!” Turns out, the problem wasn't with the country or anything like that. The problem was with my work interfering with our time together. I was constantly taking up meetings, having calls, and staying connected to work throughout the tour. She didn’t like it one bit. All she wanted was quality time. And honestly, I believe this is something we all need to prioritize while planning vacations with our partners, family, or friends. Quality time matters more than the destination. Whether it's Serbia, a local cafe, or even the comfy corner of your home, the key is to be present. Nevertheless, she appears excited in the photo. But don’t be fooled—pics can be deceiving. The secret behind that smile? A shopping spree right before the snap:) So next time, remember, it’s not about where you go but how you spend your time. Take it from someone who learned it the hard way! 😅 Quality time, buddy. That’s the real luxury. #business #entrepreneurship #work #travel #life #success

Excitement is in the air… I'm traveling with my son to India after a year-long break. This trip isn't just one of the many business trips. Heading to my hometown—to attend an event that feels like a dream come true! This trip is unlike any other because: It’s both personal and business. It involves the big news of a new office (shh, that's our little secret!). The last time I was in India was over a year ago, and now, with everything happening in the market, we’re still pushing forward. Despite a tough IT market in both the USA and India, we've stayed resilient. Our efforts over the last two years have kept us growing—and now, it’s time to grow even more. Achievements to celebrate: - Awarded as the fastest-growing company (small scale) by IT Serve. - Ranked 14th in Inc. 5000 regionals. Plans for the future: 1. Expanding our team both in the US and India. 2. Partnering with channels across India. 3. Continuing to push towards a better future. P.S. Mark your calendars for July 4th. There's some exciting news coming your way.

Two weeks in Goa as a solo traveler – it wasn't quite an alien encounter, but it definitely had its moments of surprise! Sunsets on pristine beaches, hikes through lush jungles, and dancing the night away in vibrant clubs – Goa offered a taste of everything. But beyond the tourist haven, I stumbled upon a hidden gem a thriving local business scene! Met some amazing people working on innovative projects, and it sparked some exciting ideas for myself. Of course, solo travel isn't always smooth sailing. There was the near-disaster of getting hopelessly lost on a scooter ride (thank goodness for friendly locals!). But these little hiccups just add to the adventure, right? Thinking of a solo trip to Goa? Do it! Just be prepared for beautiful beaches, hidden business opportunities, and maybe a touch of getting lost (hopefully not for long!). I know I'll be back for more soon! Who else has explored Goa or other place? Share your experiences in the comments! #Goa #SoloTravel #Adventure #Entrepreneurship #LearningExperiences

Conversations during traveling are the best! When we are into a space where we have a slight idea about the people with whom we will be interacting, we filter our doubts, we put forth only those topics which are niche for the other person. We bound ourselves with a greed to know more But Same is not while travelling. You do not have any idea about the people you are travelling with. Now here is no limit, no restriction to the discussion which will take place. To people sitting beside each other will have no idea about each other's life or profession and when the ice breaks, the travel becomes shorter and we get to learn lessons which might help us longer. I love to break ice whenever I am travelling. One such time I met a '70 years young businessman' based out of Bareilly, UP who was exploring my home town in Maharashtra. Few takeaways from that short discussion of 3 hours: 1. Businessman is the person who always takes and gives An employee only takes and never gives 2. Retired persons life becomes tough as he/she is habitual of being in a routine and things on right place. 3. Businessman is habitual with flexibility because at the end, he has to talk with all kinds of people and communicate politely with everyone at any condition. 4. To become successful, first we should set a limit for ourselves. And it happens when we have the sense of fulfillment.

💡 Delegation Expert for Lawyers | 25 hrs/week Saved | Guiding 600+ Legal Minds | Discover Legal Insights
🏖️🇭🇷 Just returned from an unforgettable vacation in Croatia, and I must say, the experience has left me truly inspired! 🌅 The rugged, rocky hills and dry mountains of Dalmatia welcomed me from the very beginning, setting the stage for an incredible journey. But what really amazed me was the stunning view I witnessed from the 🔝! As I gazed out at the vast landscape and the shimmering Adriatic Sea, it struck me how this panorama mirrored an essential notion in the world of business – the importance of looking at the bigger picture. 🌐💼 It's all too easy to get caught up in the nitty-gritty details and lose sight of the grand vision that lies ahead. Just like those rough rocky hills, business landscapes can present challenges and obstacles that may seem daunting at first glance. However, in both life and business, the key lies in embracing the challenges and focusing on the broader perspective. 🚀 It's about zooming out and understanding the interconnectedness of various aspects, just like how each unique element contributes to the breathtaking view in Croatia. When we start appreciating the whole picture, we gain insights that may have remained hidden otherwise. In today's fast-paced world, it's tempting to fixate on the superficial, immediate gains, but I firmly believe that taking a step back and observing the larger landscape can lead to better decision-making and long-term success. 📈 The panoramic view in Dalmatia reminded me that greatness is often achieved by looking beyond the surface and acknowledging the significance of every little detail that contributes to the greater whole. So, as we dive back into the world of business, let's remember the lessons from the rocky hills of Dalmatia. Let's strive to see the bigger picture, appreciate the interconnections, and remain steadfast in our pursuit of excellence. 🌠 Together, we can scale new heights and achieve remarkable milestones! #Inspiration #BusinessLessons #BiggerPicture #CroatiaAdventures #Leadership #SuccessMindset
