Between the stagnant pay, micromanaging, long commutes and office politics this makes sense. A lot of people thrive when they aren't under a metric ton of stress. People will work harder, faster and longer when they feel valued and rewarded accordingly.
Till you stop educating one nature of men through another nature of men in the place of service, cause of pain will stop?
