Introducing "Bella the BMET," a new comic and activity book created by Crothall's Jennifer Chester. Drawing on her extensive experience as a BMET and avionics technician, Jennifer designed Bella to educate children about biomedical technology and inspire their curiosity and success. Through after-school robotics clubs, online classes, and engaging educational content, Jennifer is committed to making science and engineering accessible and enjoyable for young minds. "Bella's story isn't just about fixing machines," she says. "It's about inspiring the next generation. Bella shows us that any problem can be solved with persistence and knowledge. He worked alongside Gift of Life International to bring life-saving care to children with congenital heart disease. Despite facing challenges like outdated equipment and scarce resources, Roy and his team built a sustainable program that offers medical treatment and education on crucial topics like alarm management and infection control.
