Always knowing she wanted to work in healthcare, she initially believed nursing was her only option until discovering Biomedical Equipment Technology. At the age of 36, Nicole decided to return to college, inspired by her late mother's belief in the power of education. Following in her mother's footsteps, Nicole earned a degree in Biomedical Equipment Technology then started as a biomedical intern. Nicole seamlessly transitioned into a full-time position, a role she is deeply passionate about to this day. "I believe in never giving up and hope my career inspires others to find their place in [Healthcare Technology Management (HTM)]."
