... be a consistent communicator and offer feedback throughout the interview process. The "free agency" pool is deep with talent and the options to land a new gig aren't bountiful. Communicate vs. Ghosting.... Transparency vs. Sugar Coating

A great recruiter should know when to speak and when to listen. They can learn a ton about the job they’re trying to fill, by listening to candidates who specialize in the field they’re staffing for.
