Population of 41.7 million people 2. Number of households ≈ 41.7 million / 2.5 = 16.680 million households. 3. The total housing stock is 1,011.4 million m2. 4. The housing stock in Ukraine per 1 person is 24.25 m2. 5. The European indicator of housing provision is 37-40 m2 per person. 6. The difference between p.5 and p.4 is 12.8-15.8 m2/person. 7. Growth potential (min) - 533.760 million m2 of housing to achieve the European housing provision indicator. 8. In Ukraine, ≈ 10 million m2 per year was built for just one year before the war
