Did you know that only 12% of people in the STEM field identify as queer? It poses the question as to why is there such a lack of representation in this industry? And more importantly, what can we do to change that? In preparation for Pride month which takes place annually in June, we're excited to host an insightful webinar discussing the topic of 'Pride in the workplace'. Hosted by Tyler Abrams, a Senior consultant at BioTalent and a member of The IN Group pride committee, Tyler will be joined by some amazing panellists who will share their personal experiences, challenges, and triumphs in the STEM world. This session will discuss how to create a more welcoming and inclusive space for queer folks in this field. If you're passionate about diversity and inclusion, and you want to be a part of the change, join us on Wednesday, May 29th at 12pm EST / 5pm BST.
