They are also more likely to hire other women who have played a sport. The research also found👉 📊 74% of female execs believe playing sport can help accelerate a woman's career potential 🏅 The top three leadership skills developed by sport are considered to be: ability to see projects through completion, motivational skills and team-building ✅ 52% of C-suite executives played sport at university level or above It's important to recognise that the opportunity to play sport is not given to all women, and that economic, social and cultural factors all have a role to play here as well as opportunities to play sport.
