Last week, ANSER had the pleasure of participating in the 2024 Manufacturing USA Network Meeting at the American Geophysical Union (AGU) in Washington, DC. This event convened the 17 Manufacturing Innovation Institutes (MIIs) and their Federal partners. Highlights included an insightful update from the DoD MII Program Manager on the nine DoD MIIs, prepared with help from the ANSER team. Additionally, the OSD ManTech Deputy Director elaborated on the newly completed and approved OSD ManTech Education and Workforce Development Strategy, thanks to contributions from ANSER staff. In March, ANSER’s Ron Turner represented the NASA Innovative Advanced Concepts (NIAC) Program at the Lunar and Planetary Science Conference, one of the largest gatherings for planetary research, held near Houston, Texas. The NIAC program engages with nearly 2,000 members of the planetary science research community to better our understanding of the universe.
