How it started and ended🤣 Know your limits and boundaries and own them unapologetically! It's essential to recognize when something isn't your strength. Just like how most rollercoaster ride doesn't end well for me, or deadlifts at the gym which seems to result in a pulled back even when my form is right 🤷🏿♀️ While upskilling is vital, focusing on your strengths and acknowledging what isn't your forte is equally as important. I thrive in GTM, sales, marketing, data analysis, CS, leadership, and revenue development, smart strategy and intentional execution. However, raw data without interpretation or story, all strategy talk without execution or clear tactics, non diverse environments, fixed mindsets or coding is not my cup of tea. Every day presents us with choices. We can opt to be an asset or a liability, a pain for others or pain relief to others, create or complain, be a roadblock or remove it, be the change or resist it, choose to be right or choose progress, be part of the problem or be a solution. In the end, being a great human is an intentional daily choice and the impact is a multiplier. Choose wisely every day. Time to drop everything and rest, folks (D.E.A.R).

Gawd I miss quarter ends with you at the helm…! Was such a different experience. 🙄🙄🙄 I got this from a previous leader I worked with, reflecting on that experience, here are some tips for efficient quarter ends: - Ensure the work is consistently done throughout the quarter: coaching, tracking, upskilling, and defining leading measures are key. - Avoid blaming the team for incomplete work; leadership (YOU) also play a crucial role in the success or failure of the team. - Focus on learning from past experiences and create solid plans for achieving desired outcomes in the next quarter. - Adopt a proactive approach by treating each day as if it were the end of the quarter, fostering a mindset of urgency, intentionality, and realism. - Celebrate the nearly rights, recognise and reward what did work - Have fun and make the next quarter count with the right work, tactics, execution and more The top leaders and sales reps I collaborated with understood this approach, they aimed to achieve goals mid-quarter and seamlessly transitioned to the next quarter's objectives.

Take a walk on the wild side... In GTM the wild sides are as follows 👇🏽 I mean the path less walked by many organisations hence the staunted growth many experience.. 1. Dare to have Sales, Marketing, Revops and CS carry the revenue number, NPS and CSAT and watch the magic in alignment, collaboration and results.. 2. Sales people- Dare to know more about how your clients or prospects make make money, thier objectives, priority and needs.. Know it more than your contact.. 3. With products, dare to build for your customers v.s find customers for your products 4. In business, dare to be obsessed about customers and employee success and watch the results 5. When interviewing for a role, dare to tailor everything to the stage, context and needs of the company you are interviewing for. When hiring dare to focus on competencies v.s likability or familiarity 6. In life, dare to lean into ideas, people, culture and philosophies that are different from the ones you are familar with. 7. In teams dare to stand up and speak up for that which you know is not right even when it might cost you. What you permit you promote Have a productive day! Proven recipe for.... Inefficiency, ineffectiveness, stunted results and growth... In leadership, don't co-create with your leaders or teams, capture the diverse input and ideas of your team, dont co-create on the what, how, when and why and alignment on clear measures for success and expected outcomes. Instead push down your plan, tell them what to do and then expect magic... In sales- Don't take the time to understand the goals of your prospects and co-create a plan to help them reach thier goals with your solution. Instead push your product repetitively and make it all about YOU, without the 'so what' for the prospect.... In GTM, don't go together with a joint goal, co created plan but rather let sales, marketing and CS and all that impact revenue do thier own thing without a joint goal, commitment, joint execution, joint planning, joint target and joint ownership.... In Morocco or any where else, don't take the time to understand and immerse self in the culture, language, religion and specifically the souk trading culture of negotiation. Instead just pay whatever the stated price is and insist on pushing the English language on the locals and annoyed they don't understand your english v.s making an effort to use the local language 🤷🏿♀️ #gtmstrategy #revenuegrowth #Abitalks #leadershipdevelopement

What is in it for you? Apart from my core job of driving profitable growth, CROing, revenue acceleration, successful GTM and competent leadership, driving all things equity is another skill and passion. I press on, not as an OPTION but as a MUST so that they: - Will not accept unequittable standards - They will not accept being told they didn't qualify due to color or gender - They will not accept conformity, having to cover in order to blend in - They will strive to write their chapters as they want and not as the inequitable systems or society dictates - They will challenge the status-quo for their generation and the next...
