The Indiana Civil Rights Commission (ICRC) enforces the Indiana Civil Rights laws and provides education and services to the public in an effort to ensure equal opportunity for all Hoosiers and visitors to the State of Indiana. ICRC's External Affairs Department primary function is the responsibility of all communication functions of the agency as well as programming and planning of outreach events with external partners. The External Affairs Coordinator works closely with the EA team to manage events and provide outreach and communication to internal and external partners and stakeholders. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Event photography
Event recording/sharing
Photography management
Event collateral creation
Media packet creation
Responsible for documenting all meeting minutes
Sponsorship tracking and recaps
Additional departmental projects and duties may be included as assigned

Creation and management of Event Calendar
Maintain E-mail Recipient List
Maintain External Partner List
SOP Creation and management
