We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Web Content Services Specialist to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to support senior outreach staff by ensuring written content for our internet site meets established standards, guidelines, and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide backup services to senior outreach staff by reviewing and suggesting edits to written content for the internet site to ensure compliance with established standards, guidelines, and regulations.
Collaborate with various Government staff to discuss new and existing content and provide recommendations for website improvement.
Conduct analysis, including website trends and analytics, and prepare written reports with recommendations for improving the internet site.
Prepare content in electronic format, organizing web pages with necessary hypertext links to create accessible online information.
Ensure all presented material complies with 508 standards for accessibility.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, plus one year of specialized experience in a relevant field.
Alternatively, a combination of education and experience equivalent to three years of specialized experience at the GS-9/11 level in the Federal Government may be considered.
