As the Vice President of North America for Measurement Solutions, you will focus on business growth and success by developing and implementing innovative business strategies. You will guide teams and lead an environment of innovation and collaboration to ensure we meet our strategic business initiatives while strengthening our position in the market. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Strategically lead and implement NA Measurement Solutions growth-focused goals and objectives aligned with our Measurement Solutions strategic plan. Coordinate budgeting and prioritization to meet or exceed fiscal targets and lead the profitability of the NA business. Advise the NA Sales & Marketing, Customer Care, and the Systems and Services organization while fostering collaboration with HR, Finance, and Operations to deliver business solutions. Collaborate with Americas Sales Management team to design and implement strategic growth initiatives and programs. Champion a culture of safety, leading by example and committing to continuous improvement in safety performance metrics. Promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) across North America and model leadership behaviors that create a working environment where employees feel valued. Develop strategic partnerships with key customers and channel partners. Serve as the North American representative on various Measurement Solutions boards by actively contributing to strategic discussions and supporting initiatives that drive business innovation and growth. Lead the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process, ensuring it is aligned with business strategies while encouraging cross-functional team collaboration. Engage in travel to support business development, including in-person sales meetings to drive our market presence. For This Role, You Will Need: Engineering or other related degree with 15+ years of professional experience Experience in leading a team and working in a matrixed environment. Preferred Qualifications: Customer oriented approach; highly committed to solving customers’ needs. Strong business insight and critical thinking skills. Analytical approach; making data-driven decisions. Consistent ability to achieve results, meet targets, and adapt to changing business environments. Excellent presentation skills with the ability to present to employees, customers, sales, BU presidents and the CEO of Emerson Legal Authorization to work in the United States – sponsorship will not be provided.
