Visual Designer (Visual Merchandising / In-store + Display) [75289]

We’re looking to hire a Visual Designer for our client in the fashion space! This person is responsible for collaborating on designing, creating and producing all customer facing brand visual presentations: window and in-store display, store and fixture design, and prop packages etc.

• Temp to perm (ideally) -- it can be direct Perm as well.
• Rate: $40/hr
• Salary: $75-82K
• Onsite 5 days a week

Responsibilities:

• Concept development, production and implementation for window display programs
• Present all new concepts for Retail windows and interiors.
• Produce directives of the visual direction for store windows, interior and overall store experience.
• Responsible for designing, procuring and sourcing visual props.
• Partner with Store Design/Construction team on fixture design/development, store layouts, and specialty requests
• Design and update showrooms, fixtures and marketing as needed.
• Coordinate logistics for install and execution, ensuring timelines are met.
• Produce clear direction for install including timelines, vendors and contacts, providing technical drawings and specs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, VRay, Renderings and Microsoft Office
• 2+ years of visual and or store design experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Work for long hours on feet
• Bachelor’s degree
