RedStream Technology is seeking a talented UX Designer with a strong background in modern workplace technologies to work with a leading enterprise client. Specific areas of focus will include focusing on desktop environments, ServiceNow platforms, and conference room solutions.
As a UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing user experiences across these domains, ensuring seamless usability and productivity for our client’s organization.
Responsibilities:
Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for desktop applications and web platforms within the modern workplace ecosystem.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional design solutions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs based on user needs and behaviors.
Develop design guidelines, patterns, and design systems that promote consistency and scalability across all workplace technologies.
Drive user-centered design processes, advocating for best practices and innovative approaches to improve user experiences.
Work closely with IT teams to integrate UX enhancements into ServiceNow workflows and other enterprise systems.
Design intuitive interfaces for conference room technologies, ensuring seamless user interactions and efficient meeting experiences.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UX design and workplace technology to continuously improve our offerings.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in designing for desktop applications, ServiceNow platforms, and conference room systems.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Experience with agile development processes and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to effectively communicate design ideas and rationale, and to advocate for user needs.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
Excellent time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in enterprise environments is a plus.
