They are currently seeking a UI/UX Engineer to join their team. As a UI/UX Engineer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the platform's user experience and interface design. You will collaborate with internal team members to create intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing designs that enhance user satisfaction and drive business goals. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering adaptive and creative solutions to UI/UX design challenges by staying up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface technology.
Experience and Education:
Bachelor’s or higher education in Computer Science, Graphic Design, or a related field/experience
5+ years of experience as a UX/UI engineer or a similar role
Expertise in Blazor for creating interactive and responsive web applications.
Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of product-oriented UI projects
Strong knowledge of Adobe’s range of products including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
Experience with Frontend HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (Plus).

Primary Job Responsibilities:
Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
Perform in-depth analysis of user interactions, proposing and implementing optimizations for an enhanced user experience.

Develop HTML/CSS prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
Implement UI designs using Blazor, ensuring seamless integration between design and functionality.
Utilize JavaScript for specific interactions and functionalities to enhance the user experience within Blazor applications.
Identify and troubleshoot UI/UX issues during the development process.
Maintain and adhere to UI design standards and guidelines throughout the development process.
Execute projects from inception to completion, ensuring all design and functionality requirements are met.
Proactively contribute insights and improvements to elevate overall user satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
