• Willing to support the above work on a need basis.
• Responsibilities
• Ensure all SOPs and their related Help Center articles are up-to-date and written clearly
• The Technical Writer must maintain an SOP tracker to ensure 90% of SOPs have a last reviewed/updated/created date of 6 months.
• This tracker should also track changes to each SOP and the status of those changes.
• Write and copy edit SOPs to meet client standards.
• Use simple terminology wherever possible.
• Write SOPs in a numbered step format.
• Ensure each step can be followed, with applicable pictures where needed.
• Assist in logical validation of processes with appropriate PoCs.
