Role Overview: As a Technical Writer, you will:

• Write and manage complex technical documentation.
• Communicate technical details to diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with engineers to develop hardware and software documentation.
• Create and maintain documentation templates.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS in Technical Communication or related field, or 3+ years of experience
• 4+ years in a technology environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience creating documentation for varied technical skill levels
• Excellent writing and editing skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with technical and end-user documentation
• Ability to gather and analyze technical information
• Proficiency in writing for technical and non-technical users
• Experience in live technical presentations
