The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in technical writing, preferably in the technology sector, with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. You must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain a consistent voice while adapting content for various user levels. Proficiency in technical writing tools is essential. Familiarity with access control systems, IoT devices, or related technologies is advantageous.



Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive user manuals, installation guides, and troubleshooting documentation
  • Create detailed technical specifications for hardware components and system architectures
  • Produce user guides for end-users and system administrators
  • Design photo diagrams and visual aids to complement written instructions
  • Document hardware components, including specifications and compatibility information
  • Develop FAQs for common issues
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and support teams
  • Maintain and update existing documentation
  • Ensure consistency in style and terminology across all materials
