SonoPath is seeking a Technical Support Specialist that will be responsible for deploying and supporting end-user technology and software. The Technical Support Specialist is a key role in executing SonoPath’s strategic vision. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service and support to customers as well as providing IT based operational support to our Marketing team, Education platform clients and Telemedicine Specialists. This position is for an on-site option only, requiring reliable transportation to our Andover, NJ Education facility and availability to work weekends, every other month (7-8 times per year).
Requirements:
Working knowledge of HubSpot Database Management
Understanding of Project Management (Asana platform or similar) for resolving tickets representing staff-generated technical requests or problems and troubleshoots technical and process issues to maintain productivity.
WordPress CMS platform & Gravity Forms
Experience with WeTransfer, WhatsApp, OBS Studio, ZOOM, AV equipment, and remote meeting setup and maintenance.
Available to work onsite at our Educational Facility, in Andover, NJ
Responsible for dropping off shipments to FedEx and others, as needed
Installs software and necessary applications for workflow.
Experience setting up and troubleshooting various technical equipment such as laptops, and video conferencing systems.
Experience working with following environments: Mac OS, Exchange / Office 365, HubSpot, Zapier, Gravity Forms, Wix, WordPress CMS, Drupal platform

Maintains web environment by identifying system requirements, installing upgrades and monitoring system performance and provide recommendations on systems capabilities as necessary
Education & Experience:
Associate’s degree or above in informational technology or related field
Prior experience working on in IT, or similar technical function
