About The Role
As a Global Talent Sourcer, you'll be the talent scout who uses various methods to find potential GTM candidates, engage with those who might not be actively looking, and start building a pool of talent for our future hiring needs.
If you're good at making connections, have a knack for finding candidates through different channels, and enjoy exploring various roles, we'd be thrilled to hear from you!
You will work closely with our Talent Acquisition Managers and will be instrumental in piecing together our hiring puzzle and making sure we find exceptional candidates who share our ROLLER's values, vision and goals.
This is a contract position with potential to convert to full-time employment.

What You'll Do
Provide an amazing candidate experience, communicating our mission, values and incredible culture
Interact with potential candidates on different platforms and professional networks within the GTM (Go-To-Market) space
Craft & send recruitment emails or messaging
Partner with hiring managers to identify their talent needs to be able to source the right candidates
Think creatively about talent attraction. Proactively engaging with talent and creating talent pools for all teams on a global scale
Bring your passion for technology as well as an understanding of different role types
Immerse yourself in our EVP campaigns articulating our culture and vibe to the market
Ensure our ATS (Greenhouse) is accurate and up to date with all information as well as being able to find further efficiencies
About You
You're based in Austin, Texas
You have built strong talent connections in the GTM space and have great industry knowledge
You are comfortable working fluid hours and can adjust your schedule to accommodate different time zones in our global company
Demonstrated experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role
Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques and creating talent pools for a wide range of roles whilst engaging with them on a regular basis
In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and market insights
An ability to consult, influence, and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders through your strong verbal and written communication skills
A passion for fast-growing tech businesses where you can build effective, cohesive and high performing teams
Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex challenges while collaborating with stakeholders
You're a team player and happy to roll your sleeves up and hustle when needed
Your positive, fun attitude to advocate and bring the ROLLER values to life

What You Can Expect
Initial call with our Talent Acquisition Manager You'll have an initial call with our Talent Acquisition Manager to chat through some of your experience to date, salary expectations and you can check off any initial questions you might have.
Interview with the Hiring Manager You'll get to meet with the hiring manager to learn more about the role & ROLLER whilst also talking through your experience in more detail.
Loop Interviews This is where you will get to meet our wider ROLLER team to do a 'vibe check' on us to make sure our culture & vibe meet what you are looking for!
Offer If all lights are green and the fit feel right, we'll conduct reference checks and you'll receive an offer to join!
