Qualifications:

  • 1 + year of experience in Recruiting, Consulting, Government Contracting, Sales, Account Management, HR, Cybersecurity, IT, or Finance / Accounting
  • Ability to engage with AEP Hawaii's talent community to serve in their best interest
  • Google Workspace & CRM / ATS experience a plus (HubSpot, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
  • Required- Hawaii roots or connections + a knowledge of Hawaii's unique culture & business environment
  • Bachelor's Degree


Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing & recruiting Hawaii's brightest Executive, Technology, Finance, and Healthcare professionals
  • Scheduling interviews for AEP's clients and candidates
  • Executive calendar management
  • Assisting AEP job seekers and maintaining candidate profiles in AEP's HubSpot CRM
  • Emailing, texting/calling & LinkedIn messaging candidates for open positions
  • Utilizing various job boards, LinkedIn, alumni networks, Github, referrals & other creative sources to source & recruit candidates
  • Talent mapping using Boolean searches
  • Using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to post jobs
  • Advising candidates on market rates/salaries


Compensation & Commission Structure:

  • $25-35/HR depending on experience + commission on any placements generated


Duration & Work hours:

  • 3-6 months with a potential to convert full-time
  • 5-20 hours / week depending on schedule & availability
  • Optional in-person collaboration and training 2-4 X a month
