The Order Management team is responsible for generating and maintaining demand signals through a dynamic, cross-functional change management process connecting site requirements with delivery schedules to enable other cross functional teams to execute on the demand signal. The team works with both internal and external stakeholders including but not limited to customers, engineering, purchasing, quality, logistics, and field service.

The Order Management Supply Chain Analyst is a role responsible for on-time delivery performance. This includes, but is not limited to, pre-deployment support, sales order management, problem service reports, excess, post-deployment support, internal material requisitions, delivery troubleshooting, supply gap troubleshooting, risk management, and inventory position review.

The Supply Chain Analyst is a motivated self-starter who's passionate about managing operational processes, analyzing trends, and recommending and implementing process improvements. The successful candidate is inquisitive, enthusiastic about technology, energized by the challenge to raise the bar, demonstrates sound judgment, has a keen attention to detail, and actively supports and fosters a culture of inclusion.

As a Supply Chain Analyst you will:

• Drive continuous improvement by identifying ways to streamline processes and reduce waste

• Problem solve and design solutions for companies network

• Maintain/update internal documentation for internal training and reference

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Transportation/Supply Chain/Operations discipline
• Strong Math, Logical, Problem Solving skills
• Strong analytical abilities, and high proficiency creating and managing advanced models using SQL and Microsoft Excel Analyst work background, or focus in higher education
• Conceptual understanding of systems, and configuration management
