The undergraduate student will work in a research lab located at the AU vet school. The student will be trained by research associates in each lab and work 10-20 hours per week total. Work times will be designed to fit the student’s class schedule.

Essential Functions
The student will provide lab support with the following responsibilities:
Glassware washing
Microbiological media and buffer preparation
Disinfection of contaminated waste
Sterilization of clean glassware, buffers, and media
Cleaning and disinfection of poultry isolation units
General lab cleaning and organization
Minimum Qualifications
Must be an enrolled undergraduate student at Auburn University.
