Sr. Specialist, Brand Marketing

Role Overview

Our company is looking for a Brand Marketing Sr. Specialist to help lead the growth and profitability of the Nutribullet and Magic Bullet brands. As the Brand Marketing Sr. Specialist, you will provide essential support in executing marketing strategies and initiatives across various marketing channels, including paid media, social media, and influencer collaborations. You will play a vital role contributing to and managing various tasks and processes to ensure the smooth functioning of our marketing operations, working cross-functionally with external agencies and internal departments, such as Creative, Product, Sales and International. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience and contribute to the success of our marketing efforts.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Support the Marketing team in executing comprehensive marketing strategies and initiatives that align with business objectives.
  • Support in updating the editorial calendar and sales promotions, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Creative teams.
  • Lead project management for creative requests, development and asset delivery across paid media, earned media, and influencer channels
  • Lead asset requests through Asana Project Management Tool
  • Support Brand Manager in brief development and project kickoffs for new product launches and brand campaigns, including visual merchandising and packaging.
  • Manage spec sheets for asset development with creative agencies and internal creative teams.
  • Coordinate digital asset management (DAM) and organize assets with other coordinators, inclusive of liaising between international teams for asset access.
  • Coordinate with Media Agency on asset deliverables and timelines
  • Manage all asset and copy trafficking for all advertising campaigns
  • Perform quality assurance on paid advertising and monitor live campaigns.
  • Assist with influencer campaign timelines and social media posting.
  • Coordinate product gifting and shipping for media, influencers, and partners.
  • Conduct daily social media monitoring and assist with brand partnership outreach.
  • Assist in providing real-time coverage for social media during events.
  • Support content creation through shot list execution, video editing, and on-site shoot needs.
  • Support the social team with Brand Ambassador Program coordination and UGC creator opportunities.
  • As needed, support event planning and execution, including trade shows and PR events.
  • Support invoicing, billing, and financial tracking for the Marketing team.
  • Create and develop decks for internal and external needs.
  • Maintain SharePoint and Team calendars.


Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management or related roles.
  • Strong project management skills and proficiency in familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana - preferred, Trello, JIRA) and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strategic and creative mindset with a passion for marketing and problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated interest in paid and social media landscapes
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in the health and wellness industry is a plus.


Salary:

95,000 per year + 10% Bonus
