Work Designation. Depending on your location within the continental US, this role may be hybrid or remote.
If you live within 50 miles of the Aflac offices located in Columbus, GA or Columbia, SC, this role will be hybrid. This means you will be expected to work in the office for at least 60% of the work week. You will work from your home (within the continental US) for the remaining portion of the work week. Details of this schedule will be discussed with your leadership.

This means you will be expected to work from your home, within the continental US. If the role is remote, there may be occasions that you are requested to come to the office based on business need. Extensive knowledge of effective sales recruiting and training delivery concepts, principles, and methods
Knowledge of budgeting and expense control to plan, implement, and maximize expenditure of funds while maintaining and improving quality standards

Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
10 years of professional job-related work experience including strong experience in sales recruiting, training and development, 5 years in a managerial/leadership capacity.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Establishes the strategic priorities for the Producer Growth department and converts them to quantitative and actionable plans; provides consultation to senior leadership, and oversees the development, coordination, and execution of department initiatives.
Responsible for the optimal deployment of department assets and personnel. Makes recommendations on resource realignment and team configurations in order to maximize sales impact. Leads a change management process to build organizational understanding of proposed changes, establish support from key stakeholders, and effectively implement new department models.
Partners with executive leadership to ensure departmental strategies are aligned with overall sales objectives and priorities. Provides executive summaries and reporting on producer growth KPIs and identifies leading indicator trends that could impact desired results.
Solicits feedback from field leaders to uncover additional producer growth strategy needs and opportunities to increase efficiency. Facilitates successful implementation of new nationwide producer growth initiatives by ensuring a well-defined process is in place for launch. Fosters an organization of continuous process improvement through consistent tracking and analysis.
Manages unique initiatives, which help provide alternative solutions to new or existing producer growth challenges. Identifies gaps in the department strategy and advises on the corrective actions necessary.
Oversees the development of the department budget and maintains controls to ensure compliance with expenses, resources and cost projections. Manages third-party vendor relationships and contract negotiations. Reports with a high level of accuracy where actual results differ from established goals and makes strategic adjustment recommendations when necessary.
Support cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment on business objectives and implement process improvements. This includes creating and maintaining relationships with key business partners including sales technology, field force communications, marketing and compliance.

Total Rewards
This compensation range is specific to the job level and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. The range has been created in good faith based on information known to Aflac at the time of the posting. Compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each case. This salary range does not include any potential incentive pay or benefits, however, such information will be provided separately when appropriate. The salary range for this position is $83,000 - $193,000.

On an annual basis, you’ll also be offered 11 paid holidays, up to 20 days PTO to be used for any reason, and, if eligible, state mandated sick leave (Washington employees accrue 1 hour sick leave for every 40 hours worked) and other leaves of absence, if eligible, when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
