What we are looking for:
We are seeking a seasoned, detail-oriented, and strategic Senior Marketing Operations Manager with a strong focus on reporting and analytics to join our team. The candidate must have a proven track record in leveraging HubSpot to optimize marketing processes, enhance lead generation, and drive overall marketing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the configuration, management, and optimization of HubSpot to support marketing and sales initiatives. This includes campaign execution, lead management (lead scoring, lead nurturing, and routing), and list and workflow management.
Create detailed reports tracking the success of lead generation efforts, covering metrics like the number of leads generated, lead source performance, lead conversion rates, lead quality scores, and lifecycle stage progression
Generate insightful reports attributing marketing efforts to revenue generation, with metrics including marketing-sourced pipeline, revenue contribution, customer acquisition cost (CAC), customer lifetime value (CLV), and multi-touch attribution
Monitor and report on the efficiency of marketing automation and workflows, focusing on email open rates, email click rates, automation workflow performance, and segmentation effectiveness
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement within the marketing ops function and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Create documentation on all marketing ops processes for internal teams to reference, updating diligently as processes change over time
Work closely with sales, customer success, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on marketing initiatives
Manage the entire martech stack, including vendor negotiations and budget. Must have experience vetting modern marketing software and integrating those tools with Hubspot to enhance overall marketing performance.
Provide training and support to marketing team members on HubSpot usage, best practices, and new features
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in marketing operations, with a strong focus on reporting and analytics. Must have experience managing ops for B2B tech companies.
Proficient in HubSpot, with a deep understanding of its features and capabilities. Experience with Hubspot CRM a plus
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, make data-driven decisions, and share findings with key stakeholders
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
Highly detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all work
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams
