Senior Vice President, Product Management (Ad Tech)

Location: West Los Angeles, CA (Applicants from Southern California, Los Angeles, or Seattle are welcome; monthly visits to the onsite office required)

Compensation: Up to $350,000 plus bonus

Position Overview:

We are currently on the lookout for an accomplished Senior Vice President, Product Management who comes with a robust AdTech background. The individual will play a crucial role in steering our product trajectory and closely collaborating with our engineering team to introduce cutting-edge solutions for our eCommerce operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Spearhead product strategies that align with our business objectives and market expectations.
• Associate closely with the engineering team in driving product evolution from inception to deployment, ensuring timely execution, and superior results.
• Supervise and nurture a team of five direct reports, promoting a culture of synergy and peak performance.
• Harness data to inform decisions, enhancing product performance and customer experience.
• Stay updated with industry shifts and competitors' moves to spot innovation and enhancement opportunities.
• Engage robustly with key partners to convey product vision, approaches, and developments.

Qualifications:

• Proven tenure in a senior product management post within the eCommerce sector, with an emphasis on AdTech experience (mandatory).
• Solid experience in using data and analytics to guide product decisions.
• Track record of managing and growing high-performing teams.
• Exceptional strategic acumen and problem-solving prowess.
• Demonstrated ability to synergize effectively with diverse teams, particularly engineering.
• Experience with an influencer platform would be a significant plus.
• Must reside in Southern California, Los Angeles, or Seattle and be able to commute to the West Los Angeles office on a monthly basis.
