Senior Information Technology Support

A well established global Manufacturing company is adding to their growing IT team and is looking for a Senior IT Support Analyst. The organization is based in Walker, MI but has 15+ facilities globally that the team supports. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative team-based environment with a global support focus.

This is a direct-hire opportunity and is unable to provide sponsor or transfer of visas at this time. This role will begin onsite for the first couple of months then will shift to a hybrid (2 days work from home) model.

The ideal person will possess the following skills/experience:

• 5+ years of IT Support experience
• Experience with Microsoft Intune/MDM solutions.
• Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and other enterprise-level software.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting nice-to-have.
• Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting IP networks.
• Experience using network monitoring tools to trouble shoot LAN and WAN network related problems.
• Experience on Technical Support team as level three support technician fielding support ticket escalation calls.
• Experience in SharePoint Online and Power Automate a plus.
• Provide advanced technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
• Collaborate with IT team members to develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
