About The Role
As a Senior Customer Success Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely and successful delivery of campaigns and client deliverables. A successful Senior Customer Success Specialist will be someone who can think “outside of the box” and work under pressure to exceed client expectations and develop client solutions.
This role will require a qualified individual to work onsite three (3) days per week out of our New York City office.
Responsibilities
Maintain and nurture a book of business, fostering strong relationships with both current and prospective clients
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and pitching new business ideas
Oversee projects & campaigns from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient turnaround of deliverables
Enhance the SaaS customer experience across onboarding, support and account management stages
Support the Sales Team by contributing to proposals and new business initiatives
Monitor and improve KPIs related to customer success, aiming for scalability of processes and frameworks
Perform additional duties as assigned
Job Requirements
2+ years experience in a digital marketing, client-facing, customer success role within the Automotive sector
High School diploma required. Bachelor’s degree (in Communications, Marketing or a related field preferred)
Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Search Engine Marketing and Social Recommendations/Optimizations and SaaS technologies
Demonstrate a strong understanding of digital campaign metrics and insights
Experience running paid media campaigns
Ability to construct and execute client contracts and proposals
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and tasks effectively with flawless client–centric focus
Demonstrated proactive problem-solving skills and emotional maturity
Exceptional attention to detail and effective time management abilities
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and collaborative team mindset
Ability to travel for in-person meetings with clients as needed
Willingness to thrive in a dynamic startup environment
